In1997 Kevin became the head Engineer at Mute where his talents as a mixer, recording engineer and programmer gained him access to the entire Mute roster: highlights included heading-up Depeche Modes DVD interests, Mixing Goldfrapp’s “Felt Mountain”, Recording David Bowie’s “Hours”, Engineering on Nick Cave’s “No More Shall We” along with mixing for MoWax, Cup of Tea and many other Independent labels.

Kevin moved into 5:1 Surround Productions initially for Mute’s DVD interests including mixing Moby’s “Hotel”, Goldfrapp’s “Black Cherry” and his current project: mixing the entire Depeche Mode back catalogue for 5:1 along with their latest studio album. Recently Kevin mixed tracks for hotly tipped NME favourites The Horrors (Loog), recorded tracks with Bad Seed Mick Harvey for his latest solo album, mix engineered Polly Scattergoods debut and provided Engineering talents on the latest Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds album ‘Dig Lazarus Dig’.

Throughout 2008 Kevin has been charged with handling the Apple iTunes exclusive performances, which has seen him work with a glittering array of Artists including: REM, Spiritualized, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, KT Tunstall, James Blunt, Jose Gonzalez, Alphabeat, Daniel Merriweather, Mystery Jets, Roisin Murphy, Elbow, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Hot Chip, MGMT, Calvin Harris and The Hoosiers.
